The Gardens

The Gardens

Five acres where the city quietly disappears.

Just minutes from Nairobi, the house feels wonderfully removed. Ancient trees, wide lawns and birdsong replace the pace of the city, creating a place to slow down and enjoy.

Five acres

The grounds

The gardens belong entirely to your group. Wander without purpose, find a favourite bench beneath the trees or spend the afternoon by the pool.

There is nowhere else you need to be.

The pool

At the heart of the gardens, the pool is a refreshing place to cool off, unwind and spend unhurried afternoons.

The rose garden

A favourite place for breakfast, afternoon tea or a drink as the light fades.

Around the grounds

Every corner has its own rhythm.

The bamboo cave

Hidden amongst the bamboo, softly lit with fairy lights and lanterns, this secluded space creates an unforgettable setting for evening drinks. It is one of those places that is even more magical than you imagine.

The firepit

As the sun goes down, the firepit draws everyone together. A place to share stories and unwind beneath the stars.

The kitchen garden

Just steps from the kitchen, our vegetable garden provides fresh herbs, salads and seasonal produce. Tended with care throughout the year.

Fruit trees

Our gardens are home to a variety of fruit trees, including pomegranate, mango and avocado, with seasonal produce picked fresh and served throughout your stay. Homemade guacamole is, unsurprisingly, a house favourite.

Beehives and honey

Our resident bees produce delicious honey that is served with breakfast each morning.

Chickens

Our free-range chickens provide fresh eggs for breakfast each morning, adding another home-grown touch to the table.

The secret garden

A quiet corner of the gardens, still taking shape, where morning coffee, breakfast or a good book will soon find their perfect home.
